Hello everyone, Alexis Rose here. I'm thrilled to announce that for the first time in months, WWR returns to bring you the best women of professional wrestling, this time under the new management of former Ring of Beauty owner Michael Showtime! Since we are carrying on the legacy and history of WWR this upcoming edition of Battleground just so happens to be the historic tenth episode, now appropriately titled Revolution X.
While I can confirm that a few matches that were originally scheduled for this show will return, most of them will not. Mainly due to the fact that we have a mix of old and new faces gracing the newly rebuilt WWR roster, our owner Mr. Showtime promises to deliver the best return card possible and has managed to land an arena which brings the company to his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA for the first time. The show in fact will have limited fans in attendance for the safety of both the talents and the fans themselves, on July 16th at the Petersen Events Center, we plan to show the world that the Revolution is alive and well.
I'm here to break down the currently announced card and speculate on what will be joining it, but please stay tuned over the course of the next week while the card for Revolution X continues to take shape, thank you for your support of WWR!

Due to the size of our massive roster, Dark returns with an incredible tag match that will surely reignite the rivalry between these two teams all over again...

BATTLE ROYALE FOR THE #1 CONTENDERSHIP OF THE WWR BATTLEGROUND CHAMPIONSHIP
It wouldn't be an episode of Battleground without determining who is the next in line for a shot at the WWR Battleground Championship! And we are kicking off the show tonight with a good ole fashioned battle royale! The new and old of the WWR roster converge together for the first time to battle for the right to be crowned the number one contender for the Battleground title. Who will step into the ring with the champ on July 30th? Your guess is as good as mine and I wouldn't dare venture to try and pick out a favorite right now. This is sure to kick off Revolution X in a MAJOR way!
TAG TEAM MATCH
The tag team division in WWR looks radically different from where we left it back in March. This match will feature two tag teams that will enter a WWR ring for the very first time as the Beautification Movement will step into the ring with Wildside. Based on Twitter chatter from Cayla and Juliana earlier this week we are sure they are going to have a lot to say about the Zdunich's, but will they be able to back up their words with actions once the bell rings? We will soon find out!
HARDCORE MATCH
The first of three matches returning from the original card is a good ole fashioned hardcore match! Diamond Steele has been front and center in matches like this since the Chaos Division was introduced here in WWR, but Dominique has been racking up wins as of late in devastating fashion. Most notably taking out her rival in Misti Malandro who we haven't heard from since the match occurred. Will Steele suffer the same fate or will this Diamond prove to be too hard for the Dominiqtrix to break?
SINGLES MATCH
Tits McGee versus Chesty Larue? Only in WWR! These two wrestling rookies are getting into the ring for the first time under the bright lights of Battleground. There is a lot of pressure on these two women. Daria has been training for months with Queen's Court member Jessica Jackson. Will the training of the Princess of Mischief help her earn her first victory or will Larue show that no amount of training could prepare Dorsey for her. This is certainly going to be a spectacle, don't miss a moment of this one!
DEALER'S CHOICE TRIPLE THREAT FOR THE CHAOS CHAMPIONSHIP
Charlotte made it quite clear earlier in the week on Twitter that she was upset with the fact that she was not mentioned as part of the Battleground card last week. But that was by design as our owner Michael Showtime was working on something very specific for this combustible division. While this title is in fact, all about the Chaos. Our owner believes there should be some resemblance of order at the same time. So I am pleased to be the first to announce that going forward in the Chaos division, each time the champion defends her title she will be responsible for selecting the match type that her title will be contested in. The only caveat is that she has only 72 hours to make her choice after the match's announcement. So Miss. Haliday is now officially on the clock. Her opponents are no strangers to chaos as she steps into the ring with not only her ex-girlfriend Lassindra V, but the returning Arley Kirk as well who has not been seen in a WWR ring in several months. Stay tuned to find out which match type Charlotte selects and if she can successfully defend her championship at Revolution X!
WWR BATTLEGROUND CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
The WWR Battleground Championship, it's hard to win and even harder to defend. Crystal Zdunich is one of the few women in the history of this company to successfully defend the championship after winning it, but her next defense is absolutely no easy task! She enters a fatal 4 way with the feuding duo of Azurine Vebbins and Eve O'Donnell as well as the always sneaky leader of the Satsujin Triad in Malaya Diyosa. Will Crystal be able to retain or will we crown a new Battleground Champion in Pittsburgh?
TAG TEAM MATCH
Another match returning from the original card features a heck of a lot of WWR gold as Bobbi Jackson teams with one half of the WWR Tag Team Champions and her recently adopted daughter in Super Tiger to face the team of WWR World Champion "The Suplex Queen" Susan Rigger and her tag team partner the WWR Revolutionary Champion, Eliza Frost-Showtime. What is the state of the Phoenix Coalition and the Queen's Court? We don't currently know, but hopefully by the end of the night we have a good idea of where things stand...
MAIN EVENT
There are a lot of great rivalries currently ongoing here at WWR but this one in particular was born on the companies very first night and will now come to a head as WWR returns in the main event of Revolution X. Where the Goddess of the Cage Champion Envy Ellis will defend her championship against one half of the WWR World Tag Team Champions in Zoe Jane. These two have gone back and forth for months now and some would even argue that the two now have some form of mutual respect for one another. But now the two women step into the unforgiving Cage structure with a unique set of rules that very few women currently in the company have taken part in. Will Envy continue her reign as the Goddess of the Cage? Or will Jane end Revolution X as Zoe Two Belts?
